Established in 2005, we are also committed to promoting educational, cultural, and vocational programmes, encouraging research, providing educational counseling, and encouraging creative and scholarly publishing. These we seek to achieve through providing library facilities, computer net worked, reading, writing and meeting rooms; providing educational resources in the nature of books, internet connection, and educational videos; designing and implementing skills acquisition projects to help indigent youths and women break their poverty cycle; organizing seminars, workshops, symposia, and conferences; and providing research materials and connection to academic research internet sites.

  • We hold a symposium every year, selecting themes that are aimed at sensitizing the community to the problems faced by at-risk youths, especially indigent girls and young adult women, and seeks solution by engaging members of the community in discussion.

  • We have academic boot camp for indigent adolescent girls.

  • We leverage girls to embrace life in the field of science and technology, especially hi-tech computer technology.

Our Mission

Our mission is to promote gender equality and the empowerment of women, girls, vulnerable youths and local communities to facilitate expanded personal, educational, and economic choices as well as the use of appropriate technologies. This is achieved through the provision of high-quality education and training programmes, advocacy to eliminate violence against women and girls in the communities we serve.

Our Focus


Our Modes of Empowerment

  • Carry out projects that will impart skills that will enable youths and women work and pay for tuition while going to school.

  • Educate families and the community on the need to channel youth energy into self- sustaining projects that will make them face adulthood with hope.

  • Provide a central place within one hour driving distance for the faculty and students and researchers in the higher institutions to go and research in an academic materially rich set up.
